The Carbon Laser Peel treatment is a cutting-edge skin revitalisation technique that harnesses the detoxifying properties of charcoal (also known as carbon) in conjunction with the Q-Switched Laser.
The treatment process involves applying a specially-formulated carbon paste to the skin, which penetrates deep into the pores, drawing out impurities and dead skin cells that contribute to a dull, lacklustre complexion.
As the carbon paste dries, it binds with these impurities, making them easier to remove. The Q-Switched Laser is then used to vapourise the carbon paste, blasting away the impurities that are attached to it. The D.Thomas Clinic Carbon Laser Peel treatment can show instant results after 1 treatment, making it a great option prior to social events, however for long term results 3-6 initial treatments are recommended spaced 4 weeks apart.
Is a laser patch test required for this treatment?
*To ensure that the Carbon Laser Peel treatment is safe and effective for you, we require a mandatory consultation and laser patch test 48 hours before your first treatment. This allows us to assess your skin and determine if you are suitable for laser treatment.
What does the black paste do?
