To purchase, simply select your desired value in multiples of £50 and add to your cart. Continue to checkout, filling in the required details for the giftee and your billing address. Our team will then personally send a physical gift card via post to the lucky recipient with a tracking number.
With a D.Thomas Clinic Gift Card, recipients can treat themselves to any of our treatments all tailored to their individual needs and skin type. They can also use it to purchase our retail products at the D.Thomas Clinic.

If gift vouchers are lost or stolen, please note they cannot be replaced, and we can only honour damaged gift vouchers if the serial number can be clearly seen on the physical gift card.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, nor transferred to another person. Gift cards are valid for 18 months from date of purchase.
Our gift vouchers are redeemable against products that we retail in the D.Thomas Clinic or treatments. When purchasing a product, you must present the gift voucher at the time of purchase. When purchasing a treatment, you must present the gift voucher at the time of booking the treatment. Otherwise, we cannot accept the gift voucher.
Please note consultations with Debbie Thomas are for 30 minutes.
If you cancel a treatment less than 48 hours before your treatment appointment, your gift voucher may become invalid for the amount of the treatment.

Can I swap my gift card value for cash?
No, D.Thomas Clinic gift cards may only be use in exchange for treatments and retail products sold in the D.Thomas Clinic to the same monetary value.
Can I top up the value of my gift card if I wish to?
Yes, you may add monetary value to your gift card through our Front of House team.
Purchases exceeding the value of the gift require the use of a debit or credit card to complete the order online or in our clinic.
Can I use my gift card for more than one purchase?
Yes, it can be used for multiple purchases; the full value does not have to be used in one transaction.
Can I pass on my gift card to someone else?
No, once the D.Thomas Clinic gift card has been issued in the giftee’s name, it cannot be swapped to someone else.
What happens if I am unable to use my gift card within the validity period of 18 months from date of purchase?
Unfortunately, the gift card value will become invalid. We are unable to carry over monetary values beyond the expiry dates unless agreed with D.Thomas Clinic due to exceptional circumstances.
