Norseld Dual Yellow Laser

Norseld’s Dual Yellow laser is known for its ability to produce two wavelengths, 578nm yellow and 511nm green, using copper bromide-based technology. This technology allows the laser to effectively penetrate the skin without causing damage.

The green wavelength is specifically designed to target and treat pigmented lesions, which are areas of the skin that have an abnormal amount of pigment. This wavelength is able to effectively target these lesions because it is absorbed by the melanin in the skin, which is the pigment that gives skin its colour.

MediDerma’s Nano Technology Peels provide advanced nanotechnology to deliver a variety of powerful skin-rejuvenating ingredients deep into the skin. Our mesotherapy solutions feature a range of active ingredients to choose from, including peptides, growth factors, and antioxidants, which work to nourish and revitalise the skin from within. Our therapists will carefully select the most suitable solution for your specific skin concerns and apply it to the skin through the microchannels created by our Nanopore Stylus. These microchannels allow the active ingredients to penetrate deep into the skin, reaching the deeper layers where they can work their magic to improve the appearance of a variety of skin concerns such as fine lines, uneven skin tone, texture, and more.

Norseld’s Dual Yellow Laser can combine the two different wavelengths to treat a variety of skin conditions. The Y10G wavelength is a combination of the 578nm yellow and 511nm green wavelengths, and it is used to treat skin conditions such as melasma and lentigines. These are characterised by dark, discoloured patches or small, dark spots on the skin, effectively addressed by the Y10G wavelength by targeting both vascular lesions and pigmented lesions in one treatment.

The G30Y wavelength is another combination of the 511nm green and 578nm yellow wavelengths, it is used to treat bulky lesions such as seborrhoeic keratosis. This wavelength produces a strong beam of light that is able to remove the tissue, but is designed to be bloodless in action, meaning that it doesn’t cause bleeding during treatment.

A damaged skin barrier not only leads to irritation, reactivity and inflammation but it also loses the ability to self-repair.

🧴That’s where skincare comes in...

These are 4 skincare ingredients that help to strengthen and rebuild your skin barrier:

Ceramides are a form of lipids found naturally in the skin barrier’s building blocks, using a product containing ceramides will help to replenish and strengthen the skin barrier.

Hyaluronic acid is a humectant that can help to deliver hydration to the deeper layers of the skin, promoting moisture retention at surface level.

Niacinamide is an antioxidant which also helps to restore hydration and skin barrier balance through it’s
anti-inflammatory properties.

Squalane is another lipid found naturally in the skin barrier, incorporating this ingredient will help to rebuild the glue of the skin barrier.

If your skin feels tight, dry or irritated try adding one of these barrier-loving ingredients to your routine.
